INSIGHT ...

Edenville counselling recognizes the Code of Ethics laid down by the iacp. (Irish association of counselling & psychotherapy).

Counselling ? Psychotherapy? What's the difference?

Some suggest that counselling is more supportive while psychotherapy is more exploratory however there are many who argue there is no real difference with research suggesting there are positives in both and differences to both so it's best to make an appointment and discuss things with a therapist and see how you feel then.

Alot will depend on whether you feel at ease with the therapist. Investing in therapy will require hard work but there is no better investment you can make for you and those around you.
